The Tenders screen in the left menu shows all the tenders you are invited to in a single list, regardless of which buyer company they come from.
Summary cards
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Invitations | All tender invitations you have received. |
| Active Tenders | Tenders currently running. |
| Won | Tenders you won. |
| Lost | Tenders you bid on that concluded and that you did not win. |
Finding what you need
- Type a word from the tender name in the Search tenders… box.
- Format filter: Sealed Bid or Open Auction.
- Tender Status filter: active, completed or cancelled tenders.
- Result filter: the ones you won or lost.
The list row
Each row shows the tender name, the buyer company, the bid deadline, the tender type and its status.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Prequalification | The buyer is waiting for answers to its questions before bidding. |
| Collecting Bids | You can submit a bid. |
| Concluded | The buyer made its decision. The row says Won or Lost. |
| Cancelled | The buyer cancelled the tender. |
Clicking a row opens the tender's page: Reading the tender page.
