Emails are sent on behalf of talep.io; the subject line shows the type of email and the tender name. Most have a button that takes you to your tender page.

| Prequalification Result | When you are eliminated in pre-qualification | Read the reason. You cannot bid on this tender. |
| Bidding Round Opened | When bid collection starts after pre-qualification | Bid before the bid deadline. |
| Bid Deadline Approaching | When time is about to run out and you have not bid yet | Bid, or decline the invitation if you will not. |
| Addendum No. X | When the buyer makes a formal change to the tender | Read the addendum; if you have bid, review your bid. |
| New clarification | When the buyer adds an FAQ entry with notification | Read the clarification. |
| New Message | When the buyer writes you a message | Reply from the Messages tab. |
| Round Closed / Your Bid Is Under Evaluation | When the envelope of the round you bid in opens | Nothing to do. |
| Round N Started | When the buyer calls you to a new round | Optionally submit a new bid from the round tab. |
| You Won the Tender | When you win all or some items | In a tender linked to a request, wait for the order. |
| Tender Concluded | When another supplier is chosen | Nothing to do. |
| Tender Cancelled | When the buyer cancels the tender | Nothing to do. |
If emails do not arrive
Check your spam folder. Corporate email filters may hold automated emails; ask your IT team to allow emails from talep.io. The portal itself is always up to date: even if an email does not arrive, the tender's latest status is shown on the tender page.
