When a company that uses talep.io invites you to its tender, you submit your bid from the supplier portal. There is nothing to install; the portal opens in your browser. The portal is free for suppliers.
What you do in the portal
- You review the specification, items and documents of the tenders you are invited to.
- In a tender with pre-qualification, you answer the questions.
- You submit a bid; you can update or withdraw it until the bid deadline.
- You correspond with the buyer and follow addenda and frequently asked questions.
- You see the result. If a tender you won is linked to a request, you download the order and upload your invoice.

Account
- The portal is free for suppliers; you do not pay to bid, correspond or see the result.
- You can enter the portal only by invitation; there is no registration without an invitation.
- There is no password. When you sign in, a one-time link is sent to your email. Details: The invitation email and first sign-in.
- If several buyer companies invited you, all of their tenders appear in the same account, in the same list. Your company details and documents are shared across all your buyers.
Your bids go only to the tender owner
A buyer company cannot see the bids you submit to other companies' tenders or your correspondence with them. Only your company profile and profile documents are shared.
