Sign-in
The sign-in link did not arrive.
Check your spam folder and make sure you requested it with the address the invitation was sent to. Corporate filters may hold automated emails. Details: The invitation email and first sign-in.
It says the sign-in link is invalid.
The link has expired or has already been used. Request a new link from the sign-in page.
I signed in but cannot see the tender.
Make sure you signed in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you signed in with another address, the tender does not appear in that account.
Bids
The button says "Time is up".
The bid deadline has passed. In this round, bids cannot be submitted, updated or withdrawn. If the buyer starts a new round, you will receive an email.
It says this round's envelope has been opened and no bid can be submitted.
The buyer opened the envelope before time was up because all expected bids had arrived. This round's bids are locked.
It says the tender is not collecting bids right now.
The tender has not yet moved to the bidding stage (for example, pre-qualification is ongoing), has concluded or has been cancelled. Check the status on the tender page.
It says you cannot bid without pre-qualification approval.
First answer the questions in the Prequalification tab and wait for the buyer's approval. You will receive an email when you are approved.
It says your bid cannot exceed the ceiling price.
Your total is above the ceiling price the buyer announced. The ceiling is shown in the Tender Details tab.
It says you must price every item in this tender.
This tender does not allow partial bids. Enter a unit price for every item.
It says an item's amount cannot be higher than in the previous round.
In a new round, no item's amount can exceed its amount in the previous round. Bring that item's price down to or below the previous round amount.
The bond details are not accepted.
The bond amount may be below what the buyer requires, or the bond's expiry date may be before the last day your bid is valid. The error message shows the required amount or date.
Files
The file will not upload.
Check the type (PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, WEBP) and size. Bid documents can be at most 10 MB per file and at most 10 files.
I cannot upload a ZIP file.
ZIP is not accepted. Upload the documents separately.
It says your bid was received but the documents could not be uploaded.
Your bid reached the buyer; only the documents could not be uploaded. Click Retry Documents, or add the documents later from the My Bid tab.
Withdrawing and declining
Can the buyer see my bid?
In a sealed bid, not until the envelope opens. In an open auction, the buyer sees bids live.
Can I submit a bid again after withdrawing it?
Yes, you can submit it again with Submit Bid until the bid deadline.
It says the invitation cannot be declined after bidding.
First withdraw your bid from the My Bid tab, then decline the invitation. If time is up, neither can be done anymore.
I cannot withdraw my bid in an open auction.
In an open auction a bid cannot be withdrawn, only improved with a lower bid.
