talep.io emails suppliers automatically at every important step of the tender. You do not need to notify them separately.
Emails sent to suppliers

A partially winning supplier's email lists the items it won. In a tender opened from a request, the winner is told the order will appear in the portal; in an independent tender, that your company will contact it.
Notifications you receive
The following go to the tender's owner (or, if there is no owner, to the person who opened it):
- A supplier declined the invitation: email and in-app notification, with the reason if given.
- A supplier withdrew its bid: in-app notification.
- Round envelopes opened: an in-app notification for a round that opened automatically because time was up; if it was opened by the nightly automatic check, an email too.
- Final hours, no bids yet: an in-app notification if no bids have arrived although the bid deadline is approaching.
- New message: email and in-app notification when a supplier writes in Messages.
